ABOUT
The site at 18 Bedford Street is one of the oldest buildings in Woburn, dating back to the Tudor era and it's history as a Coaching Inn can be traced back to the 17th century.
Today, restored to its former glory, the Longs Inn Hotel and Bedford Street Kitchen restaurant provide guests with the warmest hospitality.
Relax and let us take care of you, enjoy our home cooked food next to a log fire, or a drink in our
courtyard garden. At the end of the day, after perhaps visiting some of the
many attractions in the area, retire to one of our individually appointed bedrooms.

Our 14 bedrooms are individually appointed, those in the main building retain many of the original characteristics.

EATING
Our restaurant, the Bedford Street Kitchen, prides itself on sourcing the best of local
seasonal ingredients. We have relationships with local farms and butchers, and our head chef personally hand picks meat, fish, fruit and vegetables to ensure quality and freshness.
Our menu is compact, reflecting the fact that we prepare everything ourselves, preferring to
focus on quality and not quantity. We provide a broad range of dishes, and we are very allergy and dietary aware. Where a recipe can be adapted to use allergy free ingredients without compromising taste and quality, we make the change. The result is a menu that has wide appeal for our guests.
